Bernadette has also managed the sales and marketing of over 20 top-tier resorts, working with renowned brands like Crown & Champa Resorts, Sun Siyam Resorts, The Standard, and Kandima Maldives. Her work has been essential in building Carpe Diem's reputation internationally, promoting sustainable tourism, and delivering transformative ocean adventures that showcase the Maldives’ diverse marine life and natural beauty.

He stationed in Sabah, Malaysia for 6 years and has been teaching scuba diving full-time since 2001. As the founder of Diving Dragon, the first SDI TDI 5 stars Instructor Training Centre and the 5 stars Professional Development Center in Hong Kong, Chris currently offers various recreational and technical diving courses for both amateur divers and diving professionals, including instructor trainer courses. Chris is tenacious of his mantra when it comes to diving - Do it now and do it right! Your willpower matters!

Kato Katosang, a 37-year-old father of four, joined the Palau Visitors Authority (PVA) last year. He has since worked closely with the states of Palau to promote eco-tourism and sustainable practices, focusing on reducing plastic use and encouraging responsible travel. His role at PVA has given him a sense of purpose he had been searching for throughout his life. When not with his kids, Kato enjoys fishing in Palau’s waters—a passion he’s pursued for over 20 years. He’s seen firsthand the effects of pollution, climate change, and overfishing through the decline in reef fish catches. His love for fishing drives him to find solutions to marine life challenges and raise awareness whenever possible.

He is also a co-founder of "SeventyOnePercent", an international collective of underwater filmmakers and storytellers. Shu Shu Ricky is an award-winning photographer who has received numerous local and international awards in underwater photography and excels in capturing underwater behaviours. In 2016, he was invited by CMAS to represent Hong Kong in the Tulamben competition in Indonesia, where he won three gold medals and became the overall champion. He has been interviewed on radio and his photos have been published in diving magazines and newspapers worldwide, as well as in Hong Kong. His wish is to share Hong Kong's ocean through his photographs with fellow ocean enthusiasts. He fell in love with underwater photography when he first started diving in 2004 and began using his first camera, the Canon G12, in 2008.

Zeny Cinco Pallugna, Ph.D., is a certified advanced scuba diver, public servant, and tourism practitioner. She currently serves as the Director for Market Development at the Philippine Department of Tourism and is a member of the DOT Dive Committee. Zeny's career began as a Tourism Officer in the DOT Caraga Region (where Siargao is located), and she continued to serve as a Foreign Service Tourism Officer at the Philippine Department of Tourism offices in New York and San Francisco for over two decades. Her journey led her to become the Regional Director for the MIMAROPA region, including Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan. Zeny enjoys diverse leisure activities, including scuba diving, golf, surfing, and mountaineering. She is also an advocate of purposeful tourism.

I have worked as an artist in design and advertising agencies since 92, honing skills in print and media. My tools have advanced from pencils to studio photography, marking the start of my creative journey. In 1994, I delved into underwater photography, and I began experimenting with constant lighting from 2002, utilising early LED technology and through trial and error, I eventually yield result that were feature in my book, published in 2004. Subsequent test and collaborations led me to WeeFine, a pioneer in light technology development. Together we embraced on a journey to continue to come up with innovative solutions that have since reshaped the industry. Today, I stand as a facilitator for sharing the hidden secrets and advancements achieved through our partnership with WeeFine.
