Terms & Conditions The topic and content of the speech shall be set based on the applying category. Speaker shall provide promotional materials requested by Organizer within the deadline and authorize Organizer the use of online and onsite promotion. Speaker shall cooperate with Organizer on online promotion and share event information on personal social media. The quantity of speech shall be coordinated by Organizer and Speaker. The duration, time, and venue of speeches shall be subject to Organizer's arrangement. The speech topic and content shall focus on the advocacy of marine conservation and the beauty of ocean and water sports and must not contain any advertising, selling, discriminatory, obscene, or defamatory materials, violence, weapons, drugs, political or religious opinion or belief, or anything which may reasonably be considered to be offensive, anti-social, or inflammatory. Organizer only provides the hardware required for the speech excluding the round-trip transportation and accommodation costs of Speaker during the event dates.
