Shanghai World EXPO Exhibition & Convention Center (SWEECC) is located in the center of the Shanghai World EXPO area, at the west of the river mall, and near Huangpu River. It is close to the China Art Museum, the EXPO Center, the Mercedes-Benz Arena, and several five-star hotels. SWEECC is easily accessible by metro and bus lines. It is connected with over-river thoroughfares such as Nanpu Bridge, Lupu Bridge, Dapu Road Tunnel, Shangnan Road, and Yaohua Road. The through metro line 7 and line 8 starts at Yaohua Rd. Station.

Travel Information
Getting to SWEECC
SWEECC is located in the center of Shanghai and near the Huangpu River. It is 40 km away from Pudong International Airport to the east and 20 km away from Hongqiao Airport to the west. There are several transports direct to SWEECC including Airport bus line, metro line, and several bus lines.
From Shanghai Pudong International Airport
- By Taxi: about 50 minutes; around CNY140.
- By Metro: Take Line 2 to Longyang Road Station and transfer to Line 7 or walk to SWEECC; about 40 minutes; CNY5.
- Airport Bus & Bus: Take Airport Bus Line 5 to Dongfang Hospital Station and transfer to Bus Line 82 to SWEECC; about 70 minutes; CNY18.
- Airport Bus & Metro: Take Airport Bus Line 3 to Longyang Road Station and transfer to Metro Line 7 to SWEECC; about 60 minutes; CNY25.
From Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport
- By taxi: about 35 minutes; around CNY 80.
- By Metro: Take line 10 from Terminal 1 to the Laoximen Station and interchange line 8 that is directed to SWEECC; about 40 minutes; CNY 6.
